Follow this detailed schedule to optimize your grow and bring out the best in your plants!

Weeks 1-2: Early Veg Stage

  • Lights: Set to 18-24 hours on, 20-25% intensity.
  • Temperature: 70-85°F during the day, 60-70°F at night.
  • Humidity: Maintain high humidity at 50-70% RH.
  • Pruning & Defoliation: Remove dead or unhealthy leaves and lower branches.
  • Training: Start Low Stress Training (LST).

Weeks 3-4: Mid Veg Stage

  • Lights: Maintain 18-24 hours on, increase intensity to 25-30%.
  • Humidity: Gradually reduce to 40-60% RH.

  • Training: Keep canopy even, prepare for final topping.

Weeks 7-8: Final Veg Stage

  • Lights: Maintain 40-50% intensity, 18-24 hours on.
  • Pruning & Defoliation: Stop heavy pruning; focus on canopy management.
  • Training: Perform final topping to prevent stretching.

Week 1: Flower Stage

  • Lights: Switch to 12-13 hours on, 50% intensity.
  • Humidity: Increase to 70% RH to encourage bud development.
  • Pruning & Defoliation: Avoid heavy pruning.
  • Bud Formation: Watch for early pistils!
