Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Technical Partner (Equity-Based)

The Opportunity:

We're looking for a partner passionate about cannabis technology and innovation. This equity-based role offers the chance to directly influence the direction of PLNTRK and bring our vision to life. You’ll work alongside our founder to shape core features, solve critical challenges, and develop cutting-edge functionalities that support our growing user base.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy scalable features for the PLNTRK platform to accommodate an expanding user base.
• Collaborate on enhancing our tech stack, making architectural decisions, and keeping up with evolving industry trends.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize platform performance to ensure reliability and a high-quality user experience.
• Explore and integrate blockchain technology for secure, transparent data tracking and innovative cannabis-related NFTs.
• Work on the ecommerce side of PLNTRK to build a smooth, secure checkout experience and manage subscription services.

Preferred Experience:

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Proven track record of scaling applications and optimizing performance in a startup or similar environment.
• Experience with cloud architectures, especially AWS, and knowledge of infrastructure best practices.
• Familiarity with blockchain development, particularly in the context of NFTs and smart contracts.
• Background in ecommerce, particularly with Authorize.net, CIM/ARB, and subscription billing systems.
• Experience with secure data management, especially for apps with sensitive data or regulatory requirements.

Web3 & Community Engagement Specialist (Equity-Based)

The Opportunity:

This equity-based role is for someone who knows their way around Web3 and is excited to create educational content, connect with our community, and support users on our tech stack. You’ll work closely with our founder and be a key player in making Web3 technology approachable for our users in the cannabis space. This role offers flexibility, creativity, and a chance to truly shape how Web3 meets cannabis cultivation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Create Educational Content: Put together tutorials, videos, and guides that break down both Web3 concepts (NFTs, smart contracts) and Web2 tech (databases, server-side code) so users can make the most of PLNTRK’s features.
• Engage with the Community: Connect with our users on social media and forums, share tips, answer questions, and help make the PLNTRK community a fun, welcoming space.
• Support and Troubleshoot: Assist users with onboarding, troubleshoot technical issues, and support them as they explore PLNTRK’s Web3 and Web2 features.
• Work with Our Tech Stack: Collaborate with the team to develop and test features using C#, MVC, JavaScript, and blockchain tech, ensuring a smooth, user-friendly experience.

Skills & Experience:

• Backend: Basic experience with C#, MVC, Entity Framework, and MSSQL. Familiarity with Selenium for testing is a plus.
• Frontend: JavaScript, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS. You should be comfortable with front-end basics and interested in creating user-friendly interfaces.
• Cloud & DevOps: Knowledge of AWS (RDS, EC2, S3) and general cloud management. Experience with IIS and Node is helpful but not required.
• Blockchain: Familiarity with Web3 concepts, especially NFTs, the Polygon network, and basic Solidity knowledge. Experience with Hardhat or Remix is a bonus.
• Ecommerce: Some exposure to ecommerce and payments (like Authorize.net, CIM/ARB) is ideal but not required.
