One of our users recently asked a great question:
"Can I print QR codes for all my strains, not just active plants?"
We loved the idea, so we built it.
PLNTRK now supports QR Codes for Strains and Seed Collections.
You can generate and print QR labels for your strains, then attach them to seed packs, envelopes, storage containers, breeding projects, or anywhere else you keep your genetics.
Scan the code anytime to instantly access strain details, genetics, notes, photos, and related grow history.
If you're like many growers and have accumulated a collection of seeds over the years, this is a simple way to keep everything organized and easy to find.

One of the most important things a grower can learn is how to identify male and female plants early.
Female plants develop white pistils (hairs) and produce the flowers most growers are after. Male plants develop pollen sacs and can pollinate females, leading to seeded buds.
Take a close look at the nodes where branches meet the main stem during pre-flower. Spotting the difference early can save a lot of time and frustration later.

The Doobie Dabbler 2025 was nothing short of amazing! We showed up ready to connect with the community, and the turnout exceeded all expectations. From sunshine to rain and back again, the weather threw everything at us—but that didn’t stop the energy, the giveaways, or the signups.
Hundreds of new growers joined PLNTRK over the weekend, and we had the chance to meet so many passionate people who live and breathe cannabis cultivation. It was a true celebration of the plant and the community that surrounds it.
And of course, the giveaways were a huge hit:

When we first started building PLNTRK, I honestly wasn’t even thinking outside of the US. But looking at the signups the past few months… I’m blown away.
We now have growers creating accounts from:

Argentina, Brazil, France, India, South Africa, Spain, United Kingdom, Nigeria, Canada, Indonesia, Switzerland, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Türkiye, Algeria, Australia, Belgium, Ireland, Netherlands, Philippines, South Korea, Ukraine, Burkina Faso, Egypt, Ethiopia, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Norway, Sweden
